Parking
We have parking stalls directly behind our building which are reserved and free for patients attending their appointments. Please access the stalls by entering the alleyway directly behind 9th Avenue at either 12th Street or 11th Street. Once parked, please enter through the far right door and follow signs into our clinic
cancellation policy
We require two business days notice for all appointment changes. This gives us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to other patients who are waiting for appointments. Please refer to our business hours listed below. Cancellations outside of this policy may incur a fee as per our office policies.
