01. Stay Calm & Call Us
Call (403) 776-2510 right away. We'll assess your situation over the phone and prepare for your arrival.

02. Manage the Pain
Take over-the-counter pain relief (ibuprofen is best). Apply a cold compress to the outside of your cheek for swelling.

03. Save Any Pieces
If a tooth is knocked out or broken, save all pieces. Keep a knocked-out tooth moist in milk or saliva — don't touch the root.
